Shipping policy

At Lashmer we do our best to get your product to you as fast as possible. Please ensure your order is correct as all sales are final and binding.

Once your order has shipped, the conditions of the Returns Policy will apply. Any orders that are refused at the time of delivery will have the conditions of the Returns Policy apply.

If you request a refund before your order has been dispatched, please be aware that for all orders made through Afterpay, a 6% fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. This fee covers the Afterpay Merchant fees that we do not receive back.

Orders placed by 12pm AEDT Monday to Friday are guaranteed for dispatching that the same day (*conditions apply - excludes public holidays).
