Once your order has shipped, the conditions of the Returns Policy will apply. Any orders that are refused at the time of delivery will have the conditions of the Returns Policy apply. Lashmer shall not be liable in any way for parcels that are lost or stolen during transit.

If you request a refund before your order has been dispatched, please be aware that for all orders made through Afterpay, a 6% fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. This fee covers the Afterpay Merchant fees that we do not receive back.

Orders placed by 12pm AEDT Monday to Friday are guaranteed for dispatching that the same day (*conditions apply - excludes public holidays).
